Sani beach Halkidiki: Sani beach is found 45 km south of Poligiros and 8 km from Nea Fokea village. The beach consists of sand and clean blue waters. In the past it was awarded with the Blue Flag for its cleanness. Along the coast is a long tuft of trees that provide nice shade to the visitors and creates a relaxing setting. Festivals are frequently organized on this beach and some environmental activities take place in summer, especially on the Day of the Environment, when seminars are held in order to inform people on the importance of keeping beaches clean.
