Usuallly we ask for 20% advance to be deposited on owners bank account number.

EVERY PROPERTY PAGE HAS IN THE END THE EXACT COORDINATES. ALSO WE SEND THE EXACT POSITION BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.
CAN i split my payments untill the arrival day.
Yes you can split your payments until the arrival day.Or you can pay the remaining ammount on the arrival day.
Do I Need to pay damage deposit?
At some houses yes, at others no.This also applies to the cleaning fee.

is my advance refunable?
No ,advance is not refunable, but you can use it for different dates, that you want to visit halkidiki, or for the next year.
What Is siesta hours?
siesta hours in greece is from 15.00pm to 17.30 pm and means that you must be quiet at this hours. Only for some properties.*apartments
