Bed linen,towels, and sheets are provided for all beds,shampoo,body soap,toilet paper provided also.

Daily cleaning services are not provided. We provide new sheets and towels on arrival day. 

Breakfast is not included.

Check in at Villas is at 15.00p.m. Early check in if its possible is extra charge!

All Villas has a card electricity system-Only one card is available-We will not give a second card 

Parties and events are not allowed during a stay.

Ιnfants: Babies are not counted in the number of visitors (max 2 years old).

Advance: Advance is ΑΤ 15% ΤΟ 20% of the total reservation. 

3% FEE IS APPLIED TO ALL RESERVATIONS WITH LESS THAN 5 DAYS STAY 

Cleaning Fee on STRs is paid for the prepartaion of the villas on arrival day  and not for daily cleaning services.

This property does not require damage deposit during check-in
However check-out can only be completed after inspection of the general condition of the house
